First visit? What to expect.
From the very beginning, we want to help you and your child feel at home with us. We will do a full exam and talk with you about what you can do as a parent to give your child healthy teeth and a happy smile.

At your visit, you will learn about our unique approach to treatment. We will discuss topics such as brushing, flossing, fluoride and diet. We will also cover what to expect in the future.

Younger children tend to have an easier time during the earlier parts of the day when they are less tired, so please let us know if the morning would be better for you. If you think your child may have any behavioral issues during your visit, please tell us ahead of time how we can best help your appointment go smoothly.

Making sense of the money.
Leap believes in being open and honest when it comes to putting a price on something as priceless as your child’s health and happiness. We will always talk with you up front so you know what’s being done and how much it will cost. And while it’s possible things can change during a procedure, we will always try to deliver on expectations.

Leap will also work with you and your insurance company, so that you can best understand your financial responsibility. As part of this process, payment is due when services are provided. If extensive or ongoing procedures are needed, we will work with you to establish a payment plan.

Should you need to change or cancel your visit, we simply ask that you let us know 24 hours before to avoid any extra fees.
